Frequently asked questions

1. What is your return policy?

Due to the system we use and the small size of our boutique, all customers receive store credit in the full amount after the item is returned. Items being returned must have tags intact and the customer must have the receipt OR the name that the item was bought under. We encourage to bring in your items sooner rather than later. 

2. Do you carry plus sizes?

Yes we do! We currently carry women's plus sizes 1XL-3XL. We are working in growing our plus size section to include a greater variety in styles and sizes.

3. Can I buy a gift certificate?

Yes. You can buy a gift certificate for any amount from TLynn's. Please note that our gift certificates are paper certificates that will be put in the system as credit once redeemed. For any questions shoot us an email or give us a phone call.

4. What cards do you accept?

We accept most major credit/debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, etc.

5. Are you hiring?

Currently, we are particularly not in need of new employees. However, we may be in need of a new employee starting in the summer/fall of 2020. 6. Can I place an order online?

We do not offer online shipping at this time. Our apparel section of our website is to give viewers a taste of what we sell. However, you may call us and place an order over the phone and we will hold it in store until you can pick it up!

7. How often do you have sales?

We commonly have sales on major holidays and around the end of each season as we transition from season to season. We always have a sale section in our store and offer ongoing deals. To see those deals, please click here.
